POLK ELEMENTARY STUDENT INTERVIEWS BECOME SAFE SUMMER SEND OFF VIDEO SERIES
(Ogden, Utah) Even though they can’t drive yet, Polk Elementary students know a lot about safe driving. Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Colby Vanderbeek conducted on camera interviews with students at the school and the results will be premiered at a school-wide assembly on Monday. The summer travel season begins soon and as many people hit the road for vacation, the UHP wants to remind everyone to always buckle up and drive safely. The students gave thoughtful, detailed and sometimes humorous answers to the questions and revealed that although they may not have actual driving experience, children can teach us all a lot about driving.
