Traffic Stop/Educational
A large portion of the UHP’s activities involve enforcing Utah’s traffic laws. Traffic safety hinges on the behavior or roadway users. Troopers often find that a sincere conversation, with a first person educational element, can help promote voluntary compliance with the law.
