“Yesterday I was pulled over on I-15 northbound about the Provo Center St. exit by Trooper Klauck. I wanted to comment on the courteous and respectful way he dealt with me. I work closely with Springville City Public Safety and Chief Martinez, and know how hard our officers try to be positive with the public. I was pleased to be treated so well by Trooper Klauck and want our public safety officials to know that it makes a difference in our community. Thanks to you and especially Trooper Klauck.” R.
