Although motorcycles account for only about 3% of registered vehicles in Utah, motorcyclists accounted for almost 15% of Utah’s traffic-related fatalities in 2016.
To help raise both drivers’ and riders’ awareness of aspects of motorcycle safety, UHP Motor Squad Sgt. Donavan Lucas narrated a motorcycle ride through Salt Lake City – with a 360 degree camera mounted on his motorcycle.
Sgt. Lucas provides great information and advice for both riders and drivers.
